New name for Air Liquide’s calibration business in Sweden : Trescal Sweden AB.
The industrial gas company Air Liquide Gas AB in Sweden has announced that its subsidiaries CEJ Measurement Services AB and AREPA Mätteknik AB have merged and changed their name to Trescal Sweden AB. The company is specialized in calibration and industrial measurement and Trescal is the company name which is used for Air Liquide’s calibration companies in Europe.
In connection with the name change the company also announces that Hans Wichmann Madsen, Managing Director for Trescal in Denmark, is now also Managing Director of Trescal in Sweden.
”It is exciting to lead and develop Air Liquide and Trescal’s continued calibration business,” Hans Wichmann Madsen says. ”The preconditions to succeed are unique. With sister companies in ten European countries, almost 50 metrology units and approximately 950 employees within the calibration business we are now on firm ground.”
Air Liquide Gas AB acquired CEJ Measurement Services AB (previously a part within CE Johansson) in Eskilstuna 2001 and AREPA Mätteknik AB (previously a part within Bofors) in Karlskoga, Sweden, in 2004. Both of these metrology units have been accredited since 1975.
