REGIONAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Johnny began his career in the metrology world by joining the United States Air Force as a precision measurement equipment laboratory troop right out of high school. He specialized in the RF/Microwave and aircraft test set equipment areas. After a year in a contract lab manager position, Johnny took a position that moved him back home to Cleveland with then Dynamic Technology Inc. (DTI). From 2005 to 2012, he serviced equipment in the RF/Microwave area but also added flow, dimensional and high voltage/high power knowledge to the DTI team.

Shortly after DTI was acquired by Trescal, Johnny transitioned to the position of Sales Account manager for the Trescal Cleveland lab, eventually growing to cover the geographic region including the states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Western New York. Johnny has also been instrumental in the application and implementation of the CRM system and processes for Trescal US, all while completing his Master of Business Administration degree.

Johnny is appreciative of the ability to grow within Trescal through solving problems for both internal and external customers. While Johnny’s path may be a bit different in transitioning from an operational to a business related role, it shows that growth within Trescal is available and encouraged, even in a non-traditional route.
