The TRESCAL Group and Trescal SAS registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under the number B 562 047 050, process your data for the purpose of managing your application. This processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests which consist in managing and conducting the recruitment process. Your data is deleted 2 years after the last contact you had with us, unless you object. The data we request you to disclose is necessary for assessing the suitability of your profile with our job offers. If you do not provide us with this data, we will not be able to process your application. Your data is intended for authorized TRESCAL personnel, our affiliated companies when you have consented to this, third-party service providers acting as subcontractors which we may employ for the purposes of processing and persons involved in any processes for any company buyout, acquisition, merger, absorption or transfer. We strive to process data within the European Union. However, it is possible that the data may, in exceptional cases, be transferred outside this region. Where applicable, transfers will be subject to appropriate guarantees aimed at ensuring an adequate level of data protection (e.g. transfers will be based on standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, adherence to the Privacy Shield, etc.).
