Air Liquide announce the sale of Climats SA and Sapratin Technologies SA to Weiss Umwelttechnik, a branch of the German group Schunk. These two companies, specialized in the manufacturing of climatic chambers and related services, had been acquired by Air Liquide in April 2004 when it acquired the calibration activities of Livingston in continental Europe.
