Purpose of the Offer

This offer allows customers to benefit from a reduced price for the Calibration Service by using the promotional code CALIBRATE15 when placing a purchase order before December 31, 2025.

Offer Period

The offer is valid from October 8, 2025 to December 31, 2025, inclusive. Purchase orders received after this date will not be eligible for the reduced price.

Eligibility & Duration:

This offer is valid for new contractual customers of the Trescal Melbourne, Florida laboratory whose tools are received with a valid purchase order for calibration services by December 31, 2025 by closing time of the lab. This offer is available exclusively to legal entities registered and operating in the United States. It is not available to entities located outside the U.S.

Offer is not applicable for existing contractual customers and cannot be applied to previous orders nor cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer

Description of the Service
The service covered by this offer is traceable and accredited Calibration performed at the Melbourne laboratory. The promotional code provides a discount only on this service, as described.

Pricing

Discounted price: 15% off the total purchase order, minimum order of 100 USD after tax applicable only to orders received before December 31, 2025.

How to Redeem the Offer

To redeem the offer, customers must inform their Trescal customer service representative of the promotional code CALIBRATE15 at checkout via https://www.trescal.com/request-quotation/. The code must be applied before the purchase order is submitted. The discount will be applied to the total cost of the calibration service provided under the purchase order submitted with the promotional code.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in accordance with Trescal’s standard payment terms. Purchase orders submitted without the promotional code or after the deadline will be charged at the standard price.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trescal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the promotional offer, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Liability for any claim arising under these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service under the promotional offer.

General Terms:

Trescal reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect customers who have already placed valid purchase orders using the promotional code.

Compliance with Florida Law

This offer complies with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). All advertising and pricing information is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

No bait-and-switch practices are permitted. The discounted service will be delivered as advertised.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Brevard, Florida.
