A top-five pharmaceutical company required on-site calibration and repair support for over 40,000 assets at Austria’s largest drug production plant. Due to the plant’s location, sourcing highly skilled technicians proved challenging. Additionally, their internal program relied on multiple software systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs), which created misalignment. In an industry where even minor disruptions can cascade into multimillion-dollar losses, our client needed a solution to deliver real-time operational visibility, ensure the precision of their equipment, and meet complex compliance requirements. Our strategy focused on developing a dedicated team of technical experts to manage 100% of all assets and deliver training to internal teams to create streamlined operational processes.
