A little bit about…
Vinícius started his career with Trescal as a trainee while working towards a Bachelor degree. After gaining hands-on experience in different parts of the business, he joined the team as a Performance and Planning Analyst.
My story
I started my journey with Trescal as a quality and engineering trainee while working towards achieving a Bachelor degree in Production Engineering. With my traineeship, I learned technical processes from experts in the most varied areas of calibration. I also had the opportunity to experience the business’s administrative, commercial, and financial functions.
My colleagues guided me to overcome challenges and supported my academic and professional achievements. I gained experience in managing data for processes that directly affect the performance of the business. As a result, I recently joined the team full-time as a Performance and Planning Analyst.
I can list many positives about Trescal. The support I received during my traineeship was pivotal to my career development. I had the space to gain hands-on experience and apply my academic skills in a technical laboratory.
