A little bit about…

Nana completed his degree in Electronics Engineering, before starting his calibration career with Digital Measurement Metrology. He honed his skills in different technical areas including Electrical, Dimensional, Temperature, Pressure, Mass, and Mechanical domains. In 2017, Trescal acquired Digital Measurement Metrology, marking the start of Nana’s Trescal journey.

My story

I started my career at Digital Measurement Metrology, a small calibration company, which afforded many opportunities to expand my technical knowledge. In 2008, I studied and received training in the United Kingdom with a top manufacturer of Material Test Stands. Afterward, I helped to establish a field calibration program for Material Testing Machines, Service and Repair, Customer Support, and Software Training. Our efforts were successful, and we gained numerous new customers throughout Canada. To this day, this remains one of the company’s most robust programs.

In 2011, I assumed the roles of Quality Manager and Lab Manager. With certification in ISO 17025 program management from ANAB (formerly L.A.B), Internal Auditing from NACLA, and as a Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ, I was able to apply my experience and leadership skills to manage and support the laboratory’s day-to-day operations.

My Trescal journey began in 2017 when Trescal acquired Digital Measurement Metrology. My experience has been very positive, with the laboratory benefiting from investments such as a new Laser Measurement System and Humidity Chamber. I am thrilled with the growth over the past six years, enabling us to provide calibration services to more customers.

I look forward to the future at Trescal and am excited about the numerous upcoming projects. I feel optimistic about what lies ahead.
