Trescal x Smithsonian Science Education Center (SSEC)

Our partnership with the SSEC in the United States has allowed 150 5th-grade school children to get inspired about pursuing STEM education. Through the SSEC, we have enabled the distribution of STEM kits to student’s classrooms and supported the professional development of teachers to implement the learning modules. We have also hosted field trips to our laboratories for students to engage in hands-on science and measurement learning.

Trescal x Société Française de Physique

Through the Société Française de Physique, 200 high school students of physics compete yearly during the Physics Olympiad in France. This competition raises science awareness by activating students, awakening vocations as physicists and scientists as well as developing communication abilities. A Trescal Technical Director engages with the students by judging their projects. The winners visit Trescal laboratories in France and Belgium to further pique their interest in future scientific careers.
